Service Excellence Guarantee

desire to exceed your expectations and if I fail to do so, please do not hesitate to let me know.  Haircuts and color services are guaranteed for 7 days after the service; guests must be using Intelligent Nutrients or Davines home care products to ensure their color results. There are no money refunds for services; however, I value you as a guest and will 

be more than happy to schedule you with a corrective service within 2 weeks of the original appointment

 

Guest Cancellation Guarantee
If I must cancel your service with less than a 24 hour notice due to an illness or other unforeseen circumstance, I will give you a credit for half the value of your scheduled services. The credit must be used on the same service originally scheduled and rescheduled within 4 weeks of the original appointment date.

 

Prebooking

It is an honor to serve you and it is necessary that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving The Chair to ensure you have the day and time that you desire most.

 

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, I make every attempt to call and confirm your appointments in advance. However, if I am unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. 

 

Late Arrival

If for any reason you are delayed for your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. While I aim to be flexible, if your delay conflicts with another appointment, I will ask that you reschedule your appointment in order to ensure adequate time for a quality experience. 

 

24-Hour Cancellation / Rescheduling

I understand that sometimes your schedule may change and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please kindly provide 24 hours notice and call The Chair at 307.675.1914. If you reach the answering machine please leave your full name, date & time of appointment, service being canceled and a phone number I may reach you at. 

 

The first late cancellation or no show will be waived of a fee and will require a valid credit card to book your future appointments. There will be a 50% charge of the scheduled services for cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance and a 100% charge of scheduled services for no shows or failure to cancel. If you are uncomfortable leaving a credit card number, I will gladly welcome you on a walk-in or same day appointment basis only. 

 

Pricing

Pricing is determined by the amount of time, product usage, experience and education, value to the guest, and demand. Gratuities are not included in the service pricing. All prices, menu services, and policies are subject to change without notice.

 

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates expire within one year of date of purchase and must be presented at time of service. No refunds are given on gift certificates.

 

Returns

Products purchased at The Chair are refundable within thirty days of purchase. Due to sanitary purposes, makeup is non-refundable. All exchanges or refunds must be accompanied by original sales receipt.

 

Complete Color Change/Color Correction Service Fee 

A consultation is required to determine a course of action and a retainer fee of $75 is required before booking appointment. Fee will be returned once service is complete. Failure to show for scheduled appointment or less than 24 hours reschedule or cancellation notice will result in the $75 retainer fee as non-refundable. The fee for a Complete Color Change/Color Correction service is $75 per hour. It may take several appointments to achieve desired results in order to protect the hair’s integrity.
